Made to order
These products are made to order, and will ship within 1-3 business days (unless you opt for rush shipping). After this time, your order will be shipped according to the shipping time you specify at checkout. No further changes to your order can be made 24 hours after placing your order.
Shipping varies on country and carrier. We provide the following options at checkout:
Standard Mail: Ships in 1-3 business days + delivery within 9 business days
Standard Mail: Ships in 1-3 business days + delivery in 2-3 weeks. No Tracking.
International Air: Ships in 1-3 business days + delivery within 3-4 weeks
Please ensure that you have provided us with the correct delivery address when placing your order. If an order is returned to us because the address given to us is incorrect, you will be responsible for paying postage again.
If an order is returned to us because the package was unclaimed, you will be responsible for paying postage again.
When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. As a seller, we are expected to be in compliance with the import laws and regulations of the countries we ship to. This includes accurately representing the contents of your package. For example, we must ensure that a sold item is not marked “gift” on a customs declaration form.
- Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country.
- Orange Bridge Supply ships your package DDU, “duties and taxes unpaid”, and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs.

LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS
We ship all over the world using Canada Post and USPS. Please note that not all shipping methods within Canada and International destinations include tracking and insurance. Upon choosing shipping without tracking, you are taking the responsibility for lost goods. Orange Bridge Supply Co. will not replace or refund items sent without tracking that are lost or damaged in the mail. Without a tracking number we cannot file a claim with our mail system.
